Arrangements for any extra guests must be made and paid for before your arrival or through our management there. No more expenses are connected to the house except for airport transportation, your groceries and tips.
We require a 50% deposit with your reservation unless other arrangements are made. The balance is due thirty days before departure. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, your money will be refunded if the villa is subsequently rented for the same time period.
